Real emotions. Real moments. Tiny details. Those are the things that make my photography unique. Posed photos have their place in the wedding photography world; But capturing life as it is lived in those tiny moments of true expressive emotion is where I can be creative and take stunning photos, whatever your occasion may be.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, the home of NASCAR, Bojangles, The Carolina Panthers and Carolina blue skies, I left home after high school to head to Danville, Kentucky where I attended Centre College. At Centre, I fell in love with my Nikon camera, the art of photography and began developing a style that is uniquely my own. My passion has always been, and always will be, sports photojournalism. But being a sports photographer makes me a better wedding photographer. Tiny details, fast paced action, once in a lifetime moments and poor indoor lighting are all things that sports and weddings have in common, and are all things I am very well accustomed to dealing with. I thrive on my ability to capture those fleeting moments that most people may not even notice. Those are the moments that you will want to remember for the rest of your life.
